Tiffany has over a decade of Supply Chain Management experience in the Energy sector. She has a depth of knowledge in contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, and a firm commitment to Supplier Diversity, currently leading the Supplier Diversity program for NRG Energy, Inc., a Fortune 500 company that provides electricity to over 3 million retail customers.

Tiffany earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Columbia College.   She obtained the designation of Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity as well as Certified Professional in Supply Management to further expand her breadth of expertise.  Furthermore, demonstrating her commitment to Supplier Diversity, Tiffany serves on numerous committees dedicated to improving opportunities for underutilized businesses.
